WHO WE ARE

A mobile allied health provider, built for real life.

Fuller Life Australia is a completely dedicated mobile allied health provider, focused on delivering high-quality therapy and rehabilitation where it matters most — at home and in the community. Mobile care is not just something we offer; it is the foundation of our service.

We support older Australians, people living with disability, and others who benefit from therapy delivered beyond the clinic walls. Guided by our Fuller Life-Centered Approach, we look at the whole person — their health, home, goals, daily life, and support network — to create a clear and tailored plan for therapy.

Care delivered where life happens most — at home and in the community.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Values

Four principles that guide every interaction, every care plan, and every home visit we make.

Fuller-Life Centered Care

Care built around the whole person — their health, home, goals, daily life, and support network. Not just a diagnosis.

Impress & Amaze

Support that goes beyond expectations. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and aim to leave every client genuinely impressed.

Respect & Candor

Honest, respectful, professional care. We tell clients what they need to hear and communicate with clarity and dignity.

Solution Focused Therapy

Practical pathways to meaningful progress. We focus on what is possible, building on strengths and finding real-life solutions.

OUR APPROACH

The Fuller Life-Centered Approach

Therapy Built Around Real Life

At Fuller Life Australia, we believe great care is about more than just treating one problem. Our approach looks at the whole person and environment — your health, your home, your daily routine, your goals, and the things that matter most to you.

We take the time to understand how you are managing in everyday life — not just how you are feeling on one particular day. We consider your strength, balance, movement, confidence, home environment, support network, and the activities that are important to you.

By working with you in your own home and community, we make therapy more personal, practical, and relevant to your daily life. Our aim is to help you build on your strengths, overcome barriers, and make meaningful progress — so you can live more safely, independently, and confidently.

Fuller Life Australia provides mobile allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, exercise physiology, allied health assistance, and other community-based supports. Service availability can vary by location, so not every service type may be available in every area. Our services are designed to help people improve function, wellbeing, safety, and independence at home and in the community.

Not always. We work with a wide range of funding pathways, and in many cases a referral is not required to begin services. This is particularly true for government-funded supports such as the NDIS and Support at Home / My Aged Care, where access is generally based on eligibility, assessment, and approved funding rather than a GP referral. For some other pathways, such as Medicare, a referral or care plan may be needed.

We support a wide range of clients, including older adults, people living with disability, private clients, and those recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalisation. Our key areas of expertise are aged care and disability, with services designed to support function, safety, independence, and quality of life in the home and community.

Fuller Life Australia provides services in the home, in the community, via telehealth where appropriate, and within some residential aged care facilities. Our service model is designed to bring allied health support directly to where it is needed most.

Depending on the service and location, we may accept NDIS, Support at Home, Medicare, private health, DVA, WorkCover, TAC, private-paying clients, and other approved funding pathways. Availability can vary, so we encourage you to contact us to discuss your situation. Support at Home clients must first complete an aged care assessment, and NDIS participants access supports through their approved plan.

Yes. Fuller Life Australia works with a number of residential aged care facilities to provide in-house allied health services. If we are not currently attending your facility, we may still be able to discuss options for support through visits to the facility.

Yes. Some services, particularly psychology and selected review or support appointments, may be available via telehealth where clinically appropriate.

No. Fuller Life Australia is a community-based service and does not operate traditional bricks-and-mortar clinics. We are designed to deliver allied health support where life happens most — at home, in the community, and in selected aged care settings.

Yes. Family members, carers, support coordinators, home care providers, case managers, and other referrers are welcome to contact us to discuss support options for a client, resident, or loved one. For government-funded aged care, referrals can also be made into My Aged Care to begin the assessment process.

Yes. Fuller Life Australia offers franchise opportunities for allied health professionals and healthcare-minded business owners who want to build a community-based service under an established brand. To learn more about what is included, costs, territories, and how to get started, please visit our Franchise Opportunities page.

Getting started is simple. You can contact our team directly to discuss your needs, funding options, and service availability, and we can guide you through the next steps. If you are seeking government-funded aged care services, you may first need a My Aged Care assessment to confirm eligibility.
